Care, Warranty, and Returns
Care Instructions:
With proper care, Memorí heirloom-quality eyewear will bring you years of use and memories. Extend your frames' longevity by following these instructions:
Prior to each use: Wipe clean with the included microfiber cloth.
Every 10 wears: Apply a few drops of mild soap to your fingers, lather them underwater and massage soap foam to your lenses and frame. Rinse frame and lenses in warm water. Dry with your microfiber cloth. Leave out in well ventilated area for any remaining moisture to evaporate.
After salt water or beach exposure: Wash with soap using instructions above to prevent salt damage.
DO NOT USE RUBBING ALCHOL OR HARSH CHEMICALS TO CLEAN. These substances will damage the finish of the acetate and potentially ruin the color.
Do not leave in temperatures above 125 degrees Fahrenheit, or the acetate may warp (ex: car dashboard, ledge of bonfire)

How to Request a Return:
Email Kari@memorieyewear.com or fill out the "Contact Us" form on our website and select "Returns" in the drop-down menu to process your return.
Return Policy:
We are pleased to offer easy returns within 45 days of delivery for online orders. Exceptions: Products marked as "Final Sale" or items ordered through our "Try Before You Buy" program.
To qualify for a return, the sunglasses and their leather case must be returned in mint condition, with no scratches or signs of wear and tear. We encourage customers to try the sunglasses on, but they must be free from any damage or markings to be eligible for a full refund. Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
USA Returns:
For orders shipped within the USA, return shipping is free. If you are not completely satisfied with your sunglasses for any reason within 45 days of delivery, simply initiate the return process via the "Contact Us" form, and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
International Returns:
For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any VAT, taxes, or customs duties paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable, as these are paid to customs authorities and are outside of our control.
Try Before You Buy Program:
We are excited to introduce our "Try Before You Buy" program powered by the "Try Now" app. This program allows you to try on your sunglasses at home and only pay for what you keep. The product must be returned within the try-on window as defined at checkout.
Sunglasses kept beyond the designated try-on window will not be eligible for return. If you decide not to keep the product, please return it within the try-on period to receive a refund. Any product kept beyond the allowed try-on period will be considered final sale. Our 45-day return policy does not apply to the "Try Before You Buy" program—products must be returned within the agreed-upon window.
